The game

Describe the word on your card to your team without saying any of the forbidden words underneath it. The rival team watches your screen and buzzes you the moment you slip. Most cards guessed at the end of the last round wins.

How to play

  1. One player hosts. Tap Host a game to get a 4 letter room code.
  2. Everyone joins. The rest tap Join, type the code and a nickname, and pick Red or Blue.
  3. Describe, don't say it. On your turn you get the word plus the words you cannot use. Your team shouts guesses.
  4. The other team polices you. They see the same card and buzz any forbidden word.
  5. Highest score after the last round wins.

FAQ

How do I play with my friends?
One player taps Host a game and gets a 4-letter room code. Everyone else taps Join and enters that code. When the room is ready, the host starts the game.
Do I need the internet?
Yes. Every player joins the room from their own phone, so each phone needs a connection (WiFi or mobile data). You can play in the same living room or in different cities.
Do I need an account?
No accounts, no sign-up. Enter a nickname and play.
How many players?
2 to 8 players in two teams, Red vs Blue, over 1 to 5 rounds.
I lost my connection mid-game. Is the game gone?
No. Reopen the app and it reconnects you to your room, and the game picks up where you left off. If the host disappears for too long, the room closes on its own.
Is there any cost, or ads?
The app is free and has no ads. There is one optional one-time purchase, a word pack that adds extra cards. Only the host needs it: everyone in their room plays with the new words.
I bought the word pack and it isn't showing up.
Open My Packs from the main menu and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same store account you bought it with. If it still doesn't appear, email us and we'll sort it out.
What languages does it support?
English and Portuguese (Brazil). The app follows your phone's language.
How is my data handled?
No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Your nickname and live game state are shared only with your room while you play, and deleted when the room closes. See the Privacy Policy.
